About Us

Zimbabwe is a beautiful country situated just to the north of South Africa. Sadly at present, it faces serious problems needing your help. KiwiLink has been working in Zimbabwe for a little over 100 years primarily within the triangle bounded by Bulawayo, Gweru and Zvishavane. This is the mission that sent Sir Garfield and Lady Grace Todd to Zimbabwe in the mid 1930's. Sir Garfield later entered politics and became a Prime Minister of that country. As a Christian development organisation, KiwiLink works very closely with the local people in the areas of food relief, well drilling, income generation and student bursaries along with the KCV and TIGO orphange projects. This provides a reliable network where the people identify their own needs and those most affected and ensure that resources are applied to those needs free of external pressure.

Regular visits to the region ensures that the various stakeholder objectives are achieved. To ensure that we get the best result for the rural people of Zimbabwe, every dollar donated goes to Zimbabwe. Administration fees are covered by other Trusts set up for that purpose.
